NEXT MORNING

9 A.M

RISA’S BEDROOM

Risa woked up suddenly when she heard somebody was knocking her door .

Risa : Who is it??(sleepy voice)

Aya : Its your beloved Aya! Open the door this is important!

Risa rubbed her eyes and she reluctantly got up and opened the door for Aya.

Aya : Good morning sleeping beauty and guess who made into the magazine!(winks)

Risa : What are you babbling early in the morning Aya.I am sleepy can you just let me continue my sleep(sleepy voice)

Aya : First no,this is not “ early in the morning” .It is 9 in the morning Risa.Wake up. This is not America and no don’t lie about having more jet lags.Its been 5 days and you made into one of the hottest magazine in Tokyo!Wait,in Japan!(clapping )

Risa : (confused)

Aya dragged Risa to the komatsu and asked her to sit before she showed the magazine to Risa

Aya : Look.

Risa : What are you talking about?

Aya : Since when do you become the “ girlfriend” to the heir of Ishikawa Group?

Risa looked at Aya and Aya waited for her to response but then Risa looked at Aya without saying anything.

Aya : Did you get what I said…?

Risa : Who is Ishikawa? What ?

Aya let out a sigh and points her finger on a photo of two people facing each other with a very big headline written on the top.

Aya : This is no doubt,you.That  long black hair and that is your favourite shoes.

Risa : (looking at the photo)

Risa observed the photo for a while before realizing that she was looking at her photo in the magazine

Risa : Mother of all magazines,why am I in this photo!?(shocked)

Aya : Do you know who is this?

Risa looked at the guy in the photo and she tried to remember who the guy was but she didn’t even know who is he.

Aya : Do you know him??

Risa : (thinking) Oh my god,it was yesterday ….

Aya : What happened yesterday….

Risa suddenly remembered about yesterday’s incident and she looked at Aya with such an unreadable expression

Risa : Wait,what heir?

Aya : This guy,here is the only heir to Ishikawa Group,his name is Ishikawa Kaname. A young handsome and not to forget hot too,he is 26 years old and may I know how the heck did you get to in the headlines today?

Nakamura Aya is Risa one and only close friend since they were neighbours from they were born and Aya too studied in the US with Risa.Aya was her room mate when they were staying and studying in the US.Aya is a tall and lean girl with a dark black short hair.Aya has been keeping her hair short for years since she dislikes having long hair because she thinks its very messy and hard to be taken care of.

Risa : What headlines?(confused)

Aya : This (showing the front page)

Risa : “ The heir and the new girlfriend seen at the Ishikawa’s Building “. What the hell,since which era am I his girlfriend?

Aya : And I hope you can tell me that.

Aya was tapping her fingers on the table while looking at Risa.Risa was quiet for a moment and suddenly she slam her hand on the table.

Risa : I need to see him

Aya : Whoa whoa,wait wait young lady.What are you going to do?

Risa : Probable smack his face again with this magazine

Risa quickly went into bathroom to shower leaving Aya dumbfounded on the bed.

Aya : What do you mean…again? (confused)

ISHIKAWA BUILDING

Risa dressed in black jeans and a striped blouse were leaning on the wall beside the lift,the spot she was at yesterday while waiting for Kaori.Kaori didn’t even know that she was there and she has no intention to tell her at all.

Risa waited there,doing her best to not let the guards to see her face.Risa kept looking around and she looked at her watch to realize it was 10 a.m sharp.Suddenly she  saw the familiar faces of the men from yesterday and then,she saw him,the one and only Ishikawa Kaname.He didn’t realize that Risa was eyeing him because he was busy talking to the man beside him.

Risa : I am so gonna kill you Ishikawa Kaname (annoyed)

Risa walked straight at him and Kaname  abruptly stopped walking when he saw her.

Kaname : (shocked)

Risa went straight to him and slammed the magazine on his chest that made him shriek a little because it was so hard and the sound echoed.

Risa : Explain.

Kaname : What kind of trouble do you want--

Risa : Shut up and explain.It is you who brought me this trouble.

Kaname looks confused and he was in anger when this lady just went up to him and slammed the magazine at him. But he took a deep breath and took the magazine from Risa’s hands and took a look

Kaname’s face changed when he saw the photo and read the headlines on the front cover of the magazines.

Risa : If you are going to tell me that you did this-

-

Before Risa could finish her sentences,Kaname swiftly pulled her hand and walked straight to the lift.Kaname gestured at the guard and the guard bowed and allowed him to pass through the opened path way .It was the only way for the people to pass through from the lift area to the main lobby without having to go through the ID scanner.

Risa on the other hand tried to free her hand but Kaname didn’t even loosen his grip on her wrist.

Kaname : Keep quiet.

Kaname pressed the the lift button and it straight away opened because it is the private lift which only he can use and Kaname pulled Risa together into the lift and hit the “ close” button.

Risa : What are you trying to do.

Kaname : Wait till,we get into my room.Then we will talk.For now,keep quiet.

Risa freed her hand from Kaname’s grip and let out a big annoyed sigh.

Kaname : Just wait for a moment.

Risa was confused to the sudden change of tone of Kaname and she just kept quite while they were in the lift.

When they arrived at the 20^th floor,Kaname asked her to walked first but Risa refused.

Kaname : Don’t do anything weird,just follow me to my room and then you can continue with your babbling.

Risa : (annoyed)

KANAME’S OFFICE

Risa : Explain.

Risa didn’t even sit on the couch when Kaname offered her the seat.

Kaname : Do you know who I am?

Risa : Not until I read the headlines you idiot.Why are you even in the magazine.Who are you?

Kaname gave Risa a look before starting the conversation

Kaname : My name is Ishikawa Kaname.

Risa : So?

Kaname : this is the time when you,young lady,to tell me your name.

Risa : Why should I.

Kaname : (sigh)

Risa : Risa.Okumura Risa.

Kaname : Okumura?

Risa : Now tell me what in the world is happening.Why am I in the magazine why are you so important that people even put that kind of headlines.

Kaname : In case you didn’t know,I am the heir of the Ishikawa Group.

Risa : …and?

Kaname : You don’t know Ishikawa Groups?

Risa : You expect me to know because of?

Kaname laughed when Risa responded that way .He just observed the strong-willed looking girl with a long black hair standing infront of her.

Kaname : Well,I guess you are first one to respond this way.

Risa :I don’t care about that.What I care is why am I in the photo with you?

Kaname : If you remembered what happened yesterday?

Risa : And?

Kaname : Let me rephrase everything. I am the heir,the only heir.And this is Tokyo. And you are somebody who just walked to me yesterday and punched me on the face. And I am actually is the centre of the attention in the building.So having a very young lady to suddenly punched me at talked to me face to face.That is something.

Risa looked at Kaname while trying to digest all the words that came out from Kaname’s mouth and her face suddenly changed when she finally understood.

Risa : Crap…

Kaname : Thank god you finally understood. I cant believe I had to explain one by one to you.Dont you have school by this hour?

Risa : School?

Kaname : High school?

Risa : High school?

Kaname : Its 10 a.m. It is school time.Why are you even here in the building.

Risa : Because I was outraged by this stupidity and I need explaination.And excuse me Ishikawa-san,I am not schooling anymore.

Kaname : You don’t?

Risa :No.

Kaname : How old are you actually? (looking at Risa)

Risa : I am 23 years old .

Kaname : You don’t look 23.

Risa : Do I have to look 23.

Kaname : Look here Okumura,the problem here now is.You got into the headlines.And now it becomes our problem.

Risa : Why do I have to care about this.

Kaname stared at Risa and he walked slowly towards her

Kaname : I don’t have time to play around with some random young lady whom I don’t even know where she came from .Since you got into this mess by your own,and you got me into it too.You are dealing with the Ishikawa’s status in the business world. Do you understand me?

Risa : And?

Kaname : Since you became my “ girlfriend” in a day.We would have to play along.

Risa : Are you out of your mind?

Kaname : And I cant randomly tell everyone that you are my girlfriend while I don’t even know if you even finished your high school.

Risa : If you are trying to insult me.Try harder.

Kaname was about to Risa when his phone suddenly rang.Kaname took out his phone and answered the call right away.

Kaname : Yes Karin?

Risa was a little surprised when Kaname spoke in full English when he was talking on the phone with somebody named Karin. Risa waited till Kaname finished talking and when Kaname addressed her as “ this annoying girl” to Karin,she almost ,almost want to hit his big head with the clear vase on the coffee table.

Kaname : I am sorry for the interruption

Risa :…

Kaname : Where were we?

Risa : “ this annoying girl” (smiles)

Kaname’s face changed suddenly when Risa said the English word perfectly with no flaws .He was shocked when Risa said that and he looked at her without even blinking his eyes.

Kaname : Who are you actually?

Risa:  Okumura Risa.(smiles sinisterly)

Kaname :And how-

Risa : That does not matter Ishikawa Kaname.Now,the matter is what do I have to do.

Kaname : Right.

Suddenly the door to Kaname’s office swung opened and a tall lady dressed in black sleeveless dress walked in .

Karin  : So! Where is the girlfriend Kaname?!

Risa looked at the brown haired lady who just barged into the office with a blank face.

Kaname : Close the door Karin.

Karin: Oh come on.Chill.Its just me your one and only big sister.Now now….

Karin saw Risa and she walked straight at her and her eyes never leaving Risa

Karin: (looking at Risa)

Risa : ……

Karin : I am Ishikawa Karin,the big sister to this annoying man(smiles)

Risa : Okumura Risa des (bowing)

Karin : Now now.I saw the magazine Kaname.And I insist that you explain it to me.

Kaname : (rubbing the back of his neck)

Karin : Wait,I know that gesture.Are you saying that you don’t know her actually?

Kaname : No.

Karin :You guys don’t know each other?

Risa : No.

Karin : Then  whats with the photo of you talking?

Risa : (sigh)

Karin :I get it… Did this Kaname did anything to you Risa-chan?

Risa : More like what he did to the old woman yesterday

Karin : What did you do Kaname?

Kaname : I hit an old woman--

Karin : You what?!(shocked)

Kaname : No no.I accidentally hit her withour realizing it.

Risa : (annoyed)

Karin : And how did Risa got into the incident?

Kaname : She punched me on the face.

Karin turned to Risa when Kaname said that.

Karin : Did you punched him?

Risa : yes.

Karin looked at Risa for a moment and suddenly she started clapping

Karin : Congratulations!

Risa : (confused)

Kaname : Okay Karin,you can go out now (annoyed)

Risa : What.wait what?

Karin : Not many can punch him on the face except me.So I shall congratulate you on this day of gratitude

Kaname : Get out Karin

Karin : Ishikawa Kaname,is that how you talk to your sister?

Kaname : (sigh)

Risa : Can any of you please explain why am I still here?

Karin smiled at Risa and gestured her to sit beside her on the couch.

Karin : Lets talk.

Risa : ….

Karin : I suppose this annoying brother of mine had told you who is he and whatever tale he has in his mind.

Risa : (nodding)

Karin : And you know,having your picture in the magazine,especially when you are one of the well known corporates heir or anything in the same line.It has to be either a good thing or a great thing.No space for bad gossips or bad news or what so ever.

Risa : So..?

Karin : So since the tabloids says you are Kaname’s girlfriend.And you are not living in the circle,you may expect the press to start observing you now.

Risa : (confused)

Karin : How do I put this…Kaname,now is the centre of the attention of all tabloids and press. Anything about his always reported in the news since he just being announced as the heir to the company. So,having you along side him will make you the centre of the attention too Risa.And that’s the thing I am worried about.

Risa : I don’t get why am Im included in this

Karin : You are his girlfriend now.Of course you are included.In a few days this news is gonna spread all over Japan and you cant expect Kaname to say that you are not his girlfriend.This will affect you reputation too.

Risa :Now this is crazy.

Karin : And that I why I am here Risa.I am here to help.

Risa : What kind of help?

Karin : A help so that you can feel comfy staying in Kaname’s office

Risa : Oh bloody.
