Chapter 4 - Mia

KANAME’S OFFICE

Kaname : I apologize for everything but I --

Risa : Stop.

Kaname : What?

Risa : (looking at Kaname)

Kaname : I am trying to be nice to you and you asked me to shut up?

Risa : (gesturing Kaname to turn around)

Kaname : What?(confused)

Kaname didn’t realize that there were somebody else in his office .The lady in red blazer and red skirt let out a cough and Kaname quickly turned around when he heard her cough

Kaname : (shocked)

Mia :I suppose you forgot to introduce me to your new girlfriend?(winks)

Ishikawa Mia,one of the Kaname’s relatives and she works in the same building but different level.Mia has shoulder length light brown hair and she is quite petite compared to Karin and other females in their family tree. Mia is 24 years old this year and she has an older brother named Ishikawa Isane.

Kaname  : What are you doing in my room?

Mia whom were holding a rolled paper in her right hand hit Kaname’s head .

Mia : you asked for the latest plan remember?

Kaname : (looking at the rolled papers)

Mia : (turning to Risa ) I am so sorry you had to witness that but I am Ishikawa Mia (smiles)

Risa : Okumura Risa des(bows)

Mia : So,what happened?(lifting her eyebrows)

Risa : What happened?

Kaname : Okay time to leave Mia.

Kaname quickly grabbed Mia’s hand and pushed her out of the room and he quickly locked the door.

Mia : Annoying as usual (sigh)

Kaname placed his right hand on the door and let out a sigh.Kaname turned around and look at Risa.

Risa : I don’t even know why am I here so you better make the explaination.

Kaname : Alright,here’s the deal.I cant,I mean we cant let you move around or linger around Tokyo alone for now.Since you has been labelled as my girlfriend,thanks to you who made a scene yesterday.So, you cant put the blame on me,wholly. But,as a pre-cautious action.You will spend the whole day in my office or anyplace in this big office.From the morning till night. I suppose you are not working?  Or are you working at any mart or sushi stall or anything?

Risa : No.

Kaname : So are you good with this?

Risa : No.

Kaname : Okay---wait what ?

Risa : Who says I am okay with all of this?

Kaname looked at Risa whom are standing at front side of his working table and his eyes never left hers when he was closing the gap between both of them

Kaname : I wonder why girls like you are so stubborn and why are you even in this.Everything happened because you punched me yesterday,if you have forgotten this fact.

Kaname was  so close to Risa but Risa didn’t even move an inch.

Risa : Therefor?

Kaname let out a long sigh before placing both of his hands on the table,caging Risa between his arms and he look straight into Risa’s eyes.

Kaname : I have a big reputation to take care of,I am an heir for goodness sake.I have tons of undone works to do.I doubt having you here would even be a help for me. But,since Karin asked me make you stay here and that’s the only reason I agreed to have you here in my office.I had everything ready for you and all you gotta do is to bear with it for another 2 months.Thats all.

Risa : What if I disagree to all of this?

Kaname : Then I must force you into it.

Risa: Great reputations you say.I didn’t say it was my fault or your fault,entirely. More like it was all because your lack of manners yesterday.

Kaname : Can you just agree to this.

Risa was feeling uneasy since Kaname is caging her with his arms that she moved a bit but then Kaname quickly caught her hands and stopped her

Risa : let go of my hand.

Kaname : Not until you say yes.

Risa : Ishikawa,let go of my hand.

Kaname : (glaring at Risa)

Risa : Give me one day.

Kaname : No,I need your answer right here,right now.

Risa : Can you at least be reasonable ?

Kaname : My mind is not even in state to think reasonably since I saw the headlines this morning you idiot.

Risa: (staring at Kaname)

Kaname : I wont take no as answer.

Risa : Alright alright,let go of my hands first.

Kaname : I apologize for that.

Risa rubs her wrist and it was already red when she look at it.

Kaname : It’s a deal then?

Risa : I haven’t agreed yet.

Kaname : (annoyed)

Risa : Im going home.

Kaname : I’ll send a car for you.

Risa : By my own.

Kaname : Don’t you understand what I said?

Risa : Do you think all these things would scare me off? Take a chill pill,I am not running away or anything you douche bag. I am just going home.

Kaname : and I insist I’ll send a car.

Risa : And I rejected your offer.

Kaname : Can you not--

Risa : Ishikawa Kaname,you may agree to all your terms and  so,I agreed too. I am not stupid enough to not comprehend what ever you said to me just now.And what Karin told me too. I know in which circle you live and which circle you move.I know and I hope you don’t tell me what to do.I am going home alone today.And we’ll discuss more later.

Risa walked towards the door and left the room without even saying anything to Kaname.She stomped towards the main door of the main office and  went straight to the lift.She pressed the “ down “ button and waiter for a while.

Risa : What a stubborn man (sigh)

The lift suddenly opened and the first thing Risa saw is a man with a white shirt,brown tie and a black slacks looking at her.The man went out of the lift and smiled at Risa.Risa bowed a little before entering the lift and she quickly pressed “ L”.

Risa : What building is this,everyone here has the same look as Kaname (rubbing her forehead)

KANAME’S OFFICE

Kaname : I want you to follow her.Make sure she is safe while she is on her way home

Ichirou : No problem.

Nakazawa Ichirou is one of the workers under the Ishikawa Group. He is more like the right hand of Kaname and he is always running errands for Kaname when he is unable to .Ichirou works as his first personal assistant and they had been close since Ichirou has worked for Kaname for almost 4 years.

Kaname : Im counting on you Ichirou.

Ichirou : As always Kaname.As always (laughing)

Kaname : What are you waiting?

Ichirou : Oh Im sorry,I’ll go now!

Ichirou quickly went out of the room and left Kaname alone in his office.

Kaname : Okumura  Risa,lets see how stubborn you can be.
